Vermont Passes Law to Disclose Drug Maker Payments

In the most sweeping legislation to date, Vermont lawmakers have passed a bill that will force drug and device makers to publish explicit details about payments made to doctors and other health care providers. Under the law, the medical industry must disclose the names of doctors who received money and how much each doctor received.
